Who We Are

We are a team of professionals with expertise in different domains. We want to offer to everyone and particularly to Haitians living in-country or abroad an educational platform allowing them to acquire new knowledge and develop their skills and talents. For this purpose, we provide courses that are adapted to the digital age characterized by uncertainty and continuous change. As noted that the world is changing at a very fast pace, as education does.

Our mission is to provide massive online courses and programs to developing countries where quality education is a challenge. For targeted communities, we incorporate in our courses / programs curriculums, local cultural particularities.

INFAC offers courses and programs that take into account the reality of today’s world. We believe that our specialization programs will help enhance the education level of many people which in turns will bring new blood to the Haitian community as a whole. It will undoubtedly allow the emergence of new participative types of men and women with appropriate knowledge and know-how to provide solutions to the many challenges facing the country.

INFAC headquarters are located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. INFAC has partnered with Social Marketing for Global Education (SOMED) in Haiti in order to promote its business in the country. SOMED is located at the heart of Petion-Ville, the new commercial capital of Haiti.

Our specialization programs as well as our courses have been carefully designed by a team of experienced individual or experts in management, education, economics, technology to name a few. Most of them are members of the Academic Council (CAC) responsible for ensuring the quality of the education provided and validate certificates and diplomas.

The Founders

Paul MENTOR

CEO

Paul is an economist and expert in leadership and organizational development. He has over 25 years of financial and managerial experience in both private and public sectors. Throughout his career, he held positions of high responsibility internationally, particularly at the executive level (Level-C) in highly competitive industries such as banking (central bank and commercial banks), telecommunications and mobile money. He served as general manager of a savings and loan bank in Haiti, and co-founded IVM Telecom Inc., a VoIP service provider. (VoIP) in USA.

Paul studied at master’s (international economics and finance) and doctorate levels (leadership and organizational development). His areas of expertise are: Economy, Finance, Banking, Risk Management, Market Research, Leadership and Organizational Development, Change Management, Organizational Communication, Project Management.

Amos SEJOUR

Vice-president

Passionate about technology and entrepreneurship, SEJOUR worked in the banking sector for 8 years as a programmer analyst and IT Security. He was also co-founder of an association of entrepreneurs (EAPES) in 2014

He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in Management of Organizations in the Net Economy from the University of Picardie Jules Verne (UPJV) and a Professional Certificate in Cybersecurity of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He also attended several training courses, in particular on information systems security, entrepreneurship and WEB development technologies.

Leandro V. ESTELHOMME

Audiovisual Production Director

Léandro is a computer technician. Dynamic, Determined, and eager to know, he did not limit himself to computers and turned to photography, which has become one of his greatest passions.

He has a lot of experience in several areas, including the installation of surveillance cameras, graphics and videography.

Joseph Jr DUVAL

Graphic Design Director

Technician in public finance, Duval Junior Joseph currently works in the customs post-clearance control service. His love for drawing and art led him to develop skills in graphic design.

He produces highly valued works in this area which earn him the respect and admiration of his peers. He joined the staff of the Academic Training Institute (INFAC) in order to put his creative genius at the service of all.
