How to register on INFAC platform?

Registration to our site is FREE, simple and easy. The site is user-friendly. First, you only need to access the home page by typing www.infaconline.com in your search browser box. Then click on “Sign Up”

Once this step has been completed, you will receive a validation link in your email address. You should click on this validation link to access your INFAC account

How to access our courses and the programs?

Courses are made up of pre-recorded videos, video content (if necessary), research links, documents and Quizzes.

Click on “Courses” or “Programs” and select the course or program of your choice. By scrolling the cursor down, you have access to the Syllabus of the selected course.

All the links in the Syllabus correspond to pre-recorded videos. You must click on “Take this course” to access courses.

You must have gone successfully through the payment methods to access course videos.

Programs consist of a minimum of 2 courses.

Course duration

In terms of studying time, our courses range between 2h to 4h of time per week. This includes pre-recorded videos, readings and Quizzes.

What are the prerequisites to follow and pass a course?

Our courses are designed for the public in general (students, professionals, intellectuals, traders and others). The age required to register and take a course is 13+ years old.

No specific knowledge of the course (unless mentioned otherwise in the course description). Therefore, you need neither prior knowledge of the concepts of the course in question, nor proof of academic record. All we ask is that you have motivation and discipline throughout the course.

Costs and payment methods

Course prices is previously displayed on the course label. A participant has the option of choosing between the prices displayed in American dollars ($ or USD) or in Haitian gourde (HTG).

Once the transaction currency has been chosen, there are 4 payment options:

1. The use of a national and / or international debit / credit card with the Visa / MasterCard / Discovery logo (Payments are fully secure with the Wells Fargo-Authorized.net payment process)

2. The use of a Mon Cash account (for participants in Haiti who do not have an international Visa / MasterCard credit card but who hold a Mon Cash account with Digicel

3. Bank transfer or deposit in SOMED accounts in Haiti.

4. Transfer or bank deposit in INFAC accounts in the USA for those who want to pay for participants living in Haiti

Paid courses include pre-recorded videos, course content and certificate or diploma according to the option of the courses chosen. There are no other additional costs for paid courses.

Regarding free courses, in order to obtain the certificate, participants must pay $ 5 US dollars or the equivalent in gourdes the day the certificate is issued.

When should you pay for a course?

You must pay upfront to access a course.

Specialization Courses and Programs

In order to obtain your certificate, you must take an online course and pass the Quizzes (True / False and multiple choice). Quizzes and courses can be repeated as many times as you want. There is no additional cost for resuming Quizzes and / or videos. Certificates and diplomas will only be delivered to the email address you provided when you signed up. You will receive your certificate as a PDF file.

What are our certificates and diplomas worth?

The online courses provided by INFAC are designed to meet the same high standards as those of traditional educational institutions. Our certificates and diplomas are recognized and accepted by our business partners, most of whom are large and medium-sized private for-profit companies and non-profit organizations. In addition, courses and certificates / diplomas are validated by the International Academic Council. The certificates and diplomas we award are different to those issued by universities. These are professional specialization certificates and diplomas that can be recognized and accepted on the job market, particularly in Haiti.

What is a Specialization Program made of?

A specialization program contains a minimum of 2 courses. You must have taken and passed all the conditions required to obtain a specialization diploma.
