Yilan Tsai

Professor Yilan Tsai is currently working for the International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF) and the government of Taiwan. She is the Mandarin professor based in Haiti. She has taught Mandarin lessons to Institution Saint-Louis de Gonzague, Université Notre Dame d’Haïti, Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales et Economiques, Centre d’Etudes Diplomatiques et Internationales and Académie Diplomatique du Ministère des Affaires Étrangères for the past five years.

Her work focuses on cross-cultural education and educational technologies. She has earned the Mandarin teaching credentials from the government of Taiwan and has completed her Master’s degree in Education at UCL (United Kingdom). Before Haiti, she was teaching in Taiwan, the United States and Brunei Darussalam.
